Privacy policy
The short version: we collect what you send us through the contact form, use it to reply, and don't sell it or track you around the web.
Who we are
This policy covers knoatechlabs.com, run by Knoa Tech Labs in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Questions about it go to knoatechlabs@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address and message, plus your company, phone number and the service you picked if you choose to share them.
Our server briefly holds your IP address in memory to limit repeated submissions. Its logs record technical events, such as whether a message was delivered, but not your name, email address or message.
How we use it
We use your details to read and reply to your enquiry, to follow up on a project you asked about, and to keep a record of our conversations. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who processes it
Form messages are delivered to our inbox through Amazon Web Services (Amazon Simple Email Service), and the site runs on cloud servers. These providers may store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States, under their own security and privacy commitments.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't set advertising or analytics cookies and doesn't use tracking pixels. If that changes, we'll update this page first.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain our business records, then delete them. Server logs are capped in size, and the oldest files are deleted automatically.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, by emailing knoatechlabs@gmail.com. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Changes
When this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of the page.
