Five systems designed in full to show what we build: two AI agents, an AI strategy deliverable, a marketing dashboard and a booking app. The names and numbers are sample data. The design decisions are the real thing.

Tenant Desk
An AI inbox agent for property managers
Reads tenant emails, drafts replies from the lease and the resident handbook, and sends the routine ones on its own. Anything below the confidence threshold, or anything that sounds like a safety issue, goes to a person.
Worth noticing
Every draft cites the documents it used, so staff can check it in seconds.
One threshold, set by the property manager, decides what sends automatically.
Leaks, injuries and anything urgent skip the agent and go straight to staff.
Pulls every field from emailed invoices, checks the arithmetic and the GST, suggests account codes from past invoices, and posts the clean ones automatically.
Worth noticing
Each extracted field is numbered and outlined on the original document, so nothing happens out of sight.
Checks against the vendor record catch mistakes a model alone would miss, like a changed GST number.
Only the exceptions reach a person. The rest post on their own.
A ranked list of the tasks worth automating, with hours saved, effort, running cost and payback for each, and a clear call on every one: build, buy, later, or leave with people.
Worth noticing
Ranked by hours given back to the team, not by how impressive the AI would be.
Every task gets a call, including the ones that aren't worth automating.
Running costs are estimated up front, so there are no surprises after launch.
Leads, cost per lead and organic traffic measured against a fixed baseline, a log of every experiment and what it changed, and a running count of where AI assistants cite the clinics.
Worth noticing
Every number sits next to the baseline, so progress isn't a matter of opinion.
Experiments are logged one at a time, each with its measured effect.
AI-assistant citations are tracked alongside classic search traffic.
